Thank you for your interest in Omega Biomics probiotics and microbiome profiling kits.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Omega Biomics, including but not limited to SYNBIO X18™, SYNBIO Women™, SYNBIO Oral Health™, and Microbiome Profiling Kit.

WHAT DOES THE LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Omega Biomics will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

WHAT WILL OMEGA BIOMICS DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM?

Omega Biomics will send a replacement of the damaged or defective products (Eco-Biotics products or Microbiome Profiling Kits) at no charge or process a refund during the Warranty Period.

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The Warranty Period for products purchased from Omega Biomics is 180 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the product or 180 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
