EXCHANGING OR REFUND
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, and we’re happy to help. For probiotics please email us for an exchange or refund. For essential items, we're sorry, but due to COVID-19, there will be no returns on those items.
Please note, you must have a proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or purchase history) for all exchanges and refunds.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your probiotic purchase, you can exchange or refund. The MetaFlora Probiotics guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear, tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. See our warranty disclaimer.
OMEGA BIOMICS MICROBIOME KIT RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns for unused microbiome sampling kits. All sales are final on microbiome kits.
However, if you have received a damaged kit, or your kit was lost in the mail, please email us at email@example.com. We will send you a replacement kit immediately.
Our kits come with a spare tube and swab, so any mistake can be remedied by using the spare tube included. If you should need a replacement, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you one immediately.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY KIT SAMPLE HAS FAILED?
If your sample fails, we will immediately notify you via your Dashboard and send you a replacement kit.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Omega Biomics is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
To return or exchange an order by mail:
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
